Current information on flight training ...
b) Flight training: From 04.05.2020 the practical training of flight students within the framework of an ATO or DTO is again permitted at all airports (including airfields and airports). This results from § 1 Paragraph 4 No. 4 of the amended 4th Ordinance to Combat the Corona Virus, Link :. https://www.hessen.de/sites/default/files/media/4vo_corona.pdf.
However, this only applies if the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute on hygiene are followed. Pupils and flight instructors must then wear mouth-nose covers during practical training and, if possible, keep a distance of 1,5 m between people. With the theoretical training, which is possible in small groups of up to 5 people, in addition to the mouth-nose covering, a distance of 1,5 m must be kept between people.
